The essential qualifications for these positions are:
EDUCATION:
- Secondary school diploma (High school diploma) or an acceptable combination of education, training, or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience providing administrative support (e.g., responding to client inquiries, organizing meetings, taking records of discussions/meeting minutes, managing a Manager's calendar/emails, coordinating requests for human resource services, monitoring budgets, etc.).
- Experience drafting, proofreading, or formatting correspondence, reports, or presentations.
- Experience working with or extracting data in a software program.
